Apricot Coconut Balls

These Apricot Coconut Balls are really yummy and gluten free! Ingredients: 1  1/2 cups dried apricots, chopped 2 cups dessicated coconut 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk Combine apricots and condensed milk in food processor and blend. Add coconut and mix until combined. Using wet hands, shape into small balls. Refrigerate until firm.
