We have been so busy these last couple of weeks. I haven’t had any time for blogging. Our children have all been sick over the past two weeks but thankfully seem to be on the mend now.
We have a Swiss couple living on our driveway in their campervan during the week. They are going to an English course in Bishopdale during the week. On the weekend they go to Ashburton where they’ve been living for the past 4 months, working on a farm.
They have a little 2 year old who I am looking after during the day while they are at their classes. So I have 4 preschoolers at home which makes for very busy days!
They will be with us until August.
Anyone want to come over and help me with the endless loads of dishes and washing? How about the vacuuming which is needed daily? Or if you are an organiser-type perhaps you could come and help me find places to put all of my scrapbooking and sewing gear which at present is piled in great heaps in the dining room – easier said than done because we just don’t have anywhere to put all this stuff!
I hate clutter but in this little 3 bedroom house clutter is difficult to overcome!
Nathan starts school in August so we will drop from 4 preschoolers at home to 2 preschoolers! I won’t know what to do with myself!
I am also going away to Australia for 10 days to be help my sister who is due to have her first baby the end of July. I leave 25 July and return on 4 August. I am looking forward to this trip, will be great to see Katrina and her baby!!! But I feel for Kris who I am leaving behind with all the children except Miriam.
So that is what I am up to!
